About the Role:

You will be an integral part of our Residential Conveyancing and Private Client department, handling a diverse and challenging caseload. Your expertise will be crucial in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges.
• Conduct thorough title examinations and provide expert legal drafting.
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements to achieve clear and marketable titles.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Sasine titles, including voluntary registrations.
• Experience in reviewing new build and plot titles, and access rights.
• Familiarity with title rectification, corrective Conveyancing, and Agricultural matters.
• Provide sound legal advice on Private Client matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (PQE 3 – 5+ years) with extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing and Private Client matters.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
